Mitch has worked in the building and construction industry for the past decade, gaining experience locally and inter-state, on residential and commercial projects. As a qualified carpenter, Mitch brings an abundance of knowledge through his involvement in a wide range of projects; constructing high-end architecturally designed homes, to the fast-paced lane of volume building.

With an infectious, positive, can-do attitude, Mitch oversees and leads our team of quality trades to deliver a high level of craftsmanship to every build. Mitch’s attention to detail and excellent communication skills provide confidence for our clients, allowing the building process to be an enjoyable experience.

Mitch has managed and overseen the civil infrastructure works on-site at BCM Homes new residential housing development. He looks forward to continuing to work with the local Ballarat community to create many new family homes.
